With the connection to the wireless network, you can remotely manage the access of door locks, monitor the status of door locks in real-time, view the access logs at any time, and achieve personalized management of smart door locks.

Link with gateway and smartdoor viewer for better security:
Through the gateway, you can view the unlocking record and distribute the temporary PlN code remotely at any time. With a Philips smart door viewer, upon an abnormal alarm occurs inthe door lock, the door viewer will take photos or record videos and upload them to the APP to keep abreast of various situations inside and outside the door.*Need to be used with Philips smart door viewer but the door viewer needs to be purchased separately.

Instinctive fingerprint unlock swiftly at one go:
The fingerprint sensor is integrated with the push-pull handle so that when you hold the handle, your finger will naturally fall on the sensor. You can reach out and touch the sensor, then push it to open after a successful fingerprint verification.The one-step unlocking feature will bring you a fast and convenient door opening experience.

Indoor infrared sensor unlocking once detects the hand:
Feature with the touch sensor and infrared sensor, once the hand grasps the handle and the infrared sensor detects an obstruction, the door will open.

Functional buttons care more about safety of children and pets:
[Open]: Double click the button within one second could unlock the door, which prevents accidentally unlocking bychildren and pets effectively.
[Close]: Click once on the button could lock the door. Long press the button could enable inside deadlock. You could use the master PlN code or mechanical key to disable inside deadlock.
Simultaneously press the [Open] and [Close] buttons could enable or disable the inductive unlocking.

Auto-locking, enjoy the reassurance after closing the door
Philips 9300 push-pull smart door lock employs a full auto-matic mortise. Without the need for any extra action, the deadbolt will spontaneously pop up upon door closing. If the door is left ajar or open, the mortise will give an alarm to remind you of the door lock status.

Outside forced lock instant alert upon inside unlocking
Before leaving home, you can enable the outside forced locking by touching the functional button, under which mode, opening from the inside will trigger an alert. This feature can effectively remind you of security risks and upgrade the level of home security.

1. When will I receive my order?


For Standard Shipping from :Saudi Arabia warehouse: Most items are usually shipping in 3-7 business days. For Standard Shipping from Sourcing Place: Most items are usually shipping in 10-20 business days. We do recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion.

If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please feel free to contact us immediately at our Support Center: +966 560696172 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

2. How do I track my order?

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.

3. Taxes and other charges?

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

4. About the Shipping fee?

Returns and Replacements

ECVV.sa guarantees free returns and replacements service if you are not 100% satisfied with our products. Kindly return the purchase for a refund up to seven (7) days from the date of the order delivered. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately at +966 560696172.

Returns Process.

Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

When returning a product, please do the following:

  • Please email service@ecvv.sa. we will keep you updated by email.
  • Please put a form inside your returned package with: the reason for return, the purchase date, the original invoice number, and the item number for the product.
  • Proof of purchase from ECVV.sa is required for all returns.
  • Ship the package to the designated address, the address will be provided by email after your return application is submitted.
  • Please prepay shipping – ECVV.sa does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).

Request For The Returned Items.

  • Items received unused (without the smell of perfume), unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition (only when the items are defective or damaged upon receipt).
  • Items received in original packaging and would not make any influence for second-sale.

Non-returnable items.

  • Custom items or designated sourced products
  • Emergency response items
  • Items Marked "Non-cancellable: and/or "Non-Returnable"
  • Product is slightly used or altered

Return and Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 3-5 working days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 working days.

Due to the speed we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. Replacements

You can replace an item if your replacement meets certain criteria.

  • Shipped to a delivery address within Saudi Arabia
  • Shipped and sold by ECVV.sa
  • Not an Add-On item
  • Not marked as a gift
  • Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).

Note: In most cases, you are required to return the original item received for a Replacement. You'll need to return the original item with the guide of ECVV.sa Support Center to avoid being charged for both the original and replaced items.
